ExR Flameproof
The rotary valve “ExR” allows the installation of this component in potential explosive atmospheres, where shock-resistance and flameproof certification to avoid propagation risks are necessary.
The rotary valve “ExR” is in accordance with the restrictive European norms “Explosion Isolation Systems” – EN 15089, with resistance certified until 1,7 bar with vulkollan tips rotor and 2,5 bar with steel tips.
Each valve supplied in this version complies with the Directives CE ATEX 2014/34/EU II 1D for inside and II2D for the outside.
The “ExR” can be supplied in cast iron G25 , cast iron G25 with nickel or chromium plating,Fe37 steel or AISI304 rotor and direct drive.
